BTESH & VIRZI confirms participation SIMA Expo Madrid 2007

Expo SIMA Madrid, whose primary goal is to facilitate to the exhibitors the commercialization of its products, and to the visitors offer a comfortable platform and especially effective fair that facilitates the housing and/or investing search to them, will be opening on May 29 to June 2, 2007.

The Panamanian delegation in SIMA07 will be composed by one nourished enterprise and institutional representation of the most important tourist destinies of country and BTESH & VIRZI as the company leader in REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS in Panama; will be present to promote their “mega” projects.

Panama will be one of the main characters of the international area. This year, the organizers, projected the presence of approximately 800 companies, of which more than a hundred will be from outside of Spain, in representation of some thirty countries.

Panama goes to the ninth edition of SIMA to promote its products and to sell its projects, by capturing and establishing durable relationships with investors and foreign institutions. The participation of BTESH & VIRZI in the fair would offer the opportunity to present the great opportunities of investment that Panama offers, locating this country between the main destinies of investment in the world.

Today Panama is at the best real estate moment of the last 20 years and it has consolidated like a safe place for the investors, national as well as foreign. A sustainable economic growth exists, with rates superiors to annual 7% in the last years, legal security and one superb strategic location. The P.I.B considered for year 2007 is of 13,900 million dollars, the industry of the construction will contribute the sum of 557 million dollars, which represents 4,8% of the total and real estate including sales, rents and others will contribute 2,474 million dollars that represent 17,8%. All these suppose that the real estate industry will almost contribute to the P.I.B 22.6% of its total”, all the experts aim at a remarkable evolution to the rise of the Panamanian real estate sector motivated by the extension of the Panama Canal, that recently was approved in referendum.
